Human Accessibility: Here and Now<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

Human Accessibility (AH) is a new concept proposed by Catherine Blanchette-Dallaire, based on her work for the last 7 years in the Disability environment and her personnal experience of mobility issue as she lived in wheelchair, walker, crutches and cane after her accident in 2012. The AH aims to promote “What is”, help reduced mobility people increase their autonomy and free will, as well as promoting effenciently accessibility information of locations, as is, now.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il est\u00a0important\u00a0de mentionner que l\u2019AH n\u2019a en aucun cas le but de nuire \u00e0 l\u2019AU ni m\u00eame lui porter ombrage.<\/strong> Elle lui est plut\u00f4t compl\u00e9mentaire, en plus d\u2019\u00eatre un facilitateur puissant pour une meilleure implantation de cette-ci. Elles sont toutes deux essentielles \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une ville r\u00e9ellement inclusive.<\/p>\n

Real accessibility cannot be \u201cboxed\u201d<\/span><\/strong>
\n\u201cNot Accessible \u2013 Partially Accessible \u2013 Accessible\u201d<\/span>
\nWhat \u201caccessible\u201d means change from a person to another<\/span><\/p>\n

We are way more \u201caccessible\u201d than we think<\/span><\/strong>
\nWe just don\u2019t know which locations are accessible, how much they are, and for who\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n
